Purchasing Information

Customers are encouraged to purchase from their local retailers. If they do not carry our items in stock, they may order from us at any time. Most major sheet music retailers have accounts with us.

If you haven’t a dealer in your local area, you may order directly from us. Schools and houses of worship may order with their standard purchase orders after speaking with us by phone [(856) 854-3760]. Retail prices will apply, so it may be to your advantage to order from a dealer who may offer a discount. Terms on all orders are net 30 days.

If you prefer to prepay, you may send a postal money order, cashier’s check, or personal check. Orders received before noon Monday through Friday are generally shipped the same day. Personal checks must clear before merchandise is shipped.
We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Sheet music retailers who wish to open accounts with us or simply place a daily order may call us at (856) 854-3760, or fax us at (856) 854-5584. Christian bookstore and stand-alone bookshop accounts and orders are also welcome. We do not, however, grant return privileges. If you are interested in our new issue program, and/or discount schedules, please let us know and we will forward details.

Anthologies in the Gaudia Music and Arts Collection of Italian Madrigals may be purchased directly from ECS Publishing.

Price Codes

The following price codes apply to the octavos in the Gaudia Music and Arts Collection of Italian Madrigals. Prices for other items are given after the item. Quantities of over 100 individual octavos of a single title may be discounted.
